Data Sovereignty and Transparency

1. On-Chain Data (Public)

Please be aware that Oraclyst is built on public blockchains (Base, Polygon).

• Transaction History: Every trade, deposit, and withdrawal is recorded permanently on the public ledger.

• Wallet Addresses: Your wallet address is visible to anyone.

• No "Right to be Forgotten": Blockchain data cannot be deleted or altered.

2. Off-Chain Data (Private)

For users who opt into Tier 2 (Regulated/Kalshi) access, we collect specific personal information required by law.

• Data Collected: Name, Government ID, Social Security Number (US Only), Date of Birth.

• Storage: We do not store this data on our servers. It is passed directly to our KYC provider (e.g., Sumsub) and the regulated exchange partner (Kalshi) via encrypted channels.

• Usage: This data is used solely for identity verification and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.

3. Analytics and Cookies

The web interface uses privacy-preserving analytics (e.g., Fathom or Plausible) to track page views and load times. We do not track cross-site behavior or sell user data to advertisers.
