Compliance and Geo-Blocking

Oraclyst utilizes a dynamic "Compliance Layer" to filter available markets based on the user's IP address and verified identity.

1. The Global Tier (Default)

• Available To: Users worldwide (excluding Restricted Jurisdictions).

• Accessible Venues: Polymarket (Polygon), Limitless (Base).

• Restricted Venues: Kalshi (US Regulated).

• Notes: Users in this tier cannot see or trade SOTs derived from Kalshi unless they complete KYC and reside in a permitted region.

2. The US Tier

• Available To: Residents of the United States.

• Accessible Venues: Kalshi, Limitless (dependent on current US law regarding on-chain derivatives).

• Restricted Venues: Polymarket.

• Reasoning: As of this writing, Polymarket blocks US users under a CFTC settlement. Therefore, the Oraclyst Interface automatically hides Polymarket-derived SOTs for US IP addresses to ensure compliance.

3. Restricted Jurisdictions (OFAC)

Access to the Oraclyst Interface is strictly prohibited for residents or citizens of countries under comprehensive US sanctions.

• List: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia (Specific Sanctioned Regions), and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

• Enforcement: We utilize commercial geo-blocking services. Attempts to bypass these controls via VPN are a violation of our Terms of Service.
