By accessing the Oraclyst Interface (oraclyst.app), you agree to the following terms.

1. The Interface vs. The Protocol

It is crucial to distinguish between the Interface and the Protocol.

• The Protocol: A set of immutable smart contracts deployed on the Base blockchain. These contracts operate autonomously and permissionlessly.

• The Interface: A web-hosted frontend maintained by Oraclyst Labs. The Interface provides a visual gateway to the Protocol but is not the only way to interact with it.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

Oraclyst Labs does not have access to your private keys and cannot initiate a transfer of cryptocurrency without your signature. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials.

3. Execution Risks

Oraclyst functions as an aggregator and router. We transmit your intent to underlying venues (Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless). We do not guarantee:

• Perfect Uptime: Underlying venues may go offline.

• Zero Slippage: Prices may change between the moment you sign a transaction and the moment it settles on the destination chain.

4. Prohibited Activity

You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, market manipulation (wash trading), or financing of terrorism. We reserve the right to block IP addresses or blacklist wallet addresses associated with illicit activity using tools like TRM Labs.
